OUR LAST TIME
Four years of building up to one sad day of closing out my time
with you / One place you’ll remain to be--inside my head,
I’ll always see you there with me / We’ll be parting
ways in a while. This countdown is fading my smile. / This could
be our last time together / No matter what I feel inside. No
matter what I try to hide / This could be our last time together
/ You’ll always live on inside / Close friends are wishing
you the best of luck in all you do from when you leave / Our
time is up at ENC but living long are memories like Late Wendy’s
/ I wish we had more time. But that’s moving along with
this line / Time will pass, some memories fade. Regrets never
cover up choices made / Live on what you’ve learned. And
never outbid your beliefs / Waking up with each new day, letting
go of former days / Dreading each goodbye, because now you realize
why / This will be our last time together / No matter what I
feel inside. No matter what I try to hide / This will be our
last time together / You’ll always live on inside |
